In order to achieve its vision, the school commits:

Help students acquire academic excellence through properly selected instructional materials, competent teachers, and a conducive learning environment.
Teach children the Bible and its principles for the salvation of souls and to train them to love God and live according to God's purpose.
Maximize children's potentials by providing various programs and activities that will enrich their God-given abilities.
Help children develop in all aspects — intellectual, physical, social, emotional, moral, and spiritual — that they may better cope with life situations.

Philosophy of BCLC

As a Christian institution, BCLC is founded in the following beliefs:

That God created the world and all its creations were good. (Gen 1–2)
That man was specially created by God in His own image and likeness — created with purpose: to worship Him and glorify His name.
That man disobeyed God and lived separately from the will of God. (Rom 5:12)
That this separation leads to disharmony with God and eternal punishment. (Rom 6:23)
That because God loves us so much, He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for us so that we may live once again in union with Him. (John 3:16)
That God commissioned His people to spread the gospel to the entire world that people may come to know Christ as Lord and Savior. (Matt 28:19–20)
That it is our responsibility as educators to share the knowledge of God and to train children to become the persons that God wants them to be.
